Hi! My name is Dan McMonigle.
I’m glad you’re here. Let me tell you a little bit about who I am and why you should listen to me…
I’ve dedicated my life to learning about wealth; how money works and more specifically, how to make money work for me and my clients. More recently, I’ve been focusing on teaching small business owners and entrepreneurs how to replace their paycheck with passive income.
Now, let me share with you that I don’t think true wealth is just seeing how much money you can pile up. For me, true wealth is really about crafting sufficient income streams to do what you want, when you want, with who you want, and wherever you want.
That’s why lifestyle is so important to me. And I’ll share with you what I’ve learned over the last 30+ years …
Today, I’m going to share with you how money works and how you can learn ways to replace your paycheck with passive income.
But, before I get into that, let’s talk about the big lie… learning how to build your wealth and trying to find the answers online…
It’s On the Internet… It Must Be True!
The internet is a tremendous resource, but you really have to do your due diligence to determine what’s real or not. Now, I do have to tell you that when I first got started exploring ways to grow my wealth online, I was absolutely clueless.
But I hung in there and kept failing forward, because what other choice do we have?
I checked out every e-book I could find about making money and spent a fortune on courses, workshops, seminars, and coaches. Enough to know that there is a ton of misinformation out there!
Eventually I cracked the code and learned how to get paid… finally!
- I discovered how to actually purchase multiple homes with nothing down…
- I learned how to invest in the market, earning decent returns for the risk I was taking…
- I was part of a small executive team that turned a small business that was bleeding cash to a thriving enterprise…
- And I even tried my hand at e-commerce and worked my way to $1,000+ per day in sales on Amazon.
Your challenge is to find someone who has walked the talk and isn’t pretending to be an online expert. As I mentioned earlier, I’ve spent a lot of money on ‘pretend’ gurus that know how to sell, but are not experts in what they’re claiming to be.
What Are You Really Looking For?
Let me ask you… Are you serious enough to stop doing what hasn’t been working? And start doing what has been proven to work again and again… to produce the results you’ve been seeking?
If your goal is to build true wealth and multiple income streams… and it is… it most certainly is.
Because true wealth and cash flows are the name of the game.
You will discover how money works.
And if your goal is to have more time… and it is… it most certainly is.
Because one of the most life changing things that you’ll learn is how to incorporate systems and leverage into your wealth building assets that will help free up your time.
How It All Started for Me
For as long as I can remember, I have always searched for opportunities that would allow me to work hard, initially, and establish residual cash flows. It was important for these income streams to flow regardless of where I might be.
It all started when I read Robert Allen’s “Nothing Down” when I was in my early ‘20s. That book opened my mind to a whole new world. And more recently, Robert Kiyosaki’s Cash Flow Quadrant taught me the importance of cash flow.
I spent time learning everything I could about creating money and building wealth. I enrolled in the College for Financial Planning and became a Certified Financial Planner™ . I took additional classes at the American College and received my Charter Financial Consultant® designation.
The years I spent serving our great country as an Air Force officer has reinforced my strong values of integrity, service and excellence in everything I do. I know what it means to serve… and I’m happy to live these values as I serve and work in the best interests of my clients, as they learn how to get their money to work for them.
Are You Living to Work… Or Working to Live?
I’ll be the first to tell you that I’ve been absolutely blessed with my lifestyle as my young family grew into tremendous young adults. It was important for me to be active and involved with their childhood. I still really enjoy out time together. Our family vacations are always special.
When each of my kids graduated from high school, they were given the opportunity to pick anywhere in the world to enjoy. The only stipulation was that we would always go as a family.
As a result, we created some amazing memories…
- Scuba diving in the Caribbean and the Great Barrier Reef
- Surfing on the Gold Coast of Australia
- Walking along the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland
- Wandering the streets of London, Paris and Edinburgh
- Enjoying a comedic opera in the Sydney Opera House in Sydney, Australia
- Driving around the Arc de Triomphe in Paris a million times before we could figure out how to get out!
When we became empty nesters, my wife was ready for an adventure and suggested we hike the Appalachian Trail (AT).
We had done some car camping and hiking, but never done any backpacking. We spent the year prior, helping do trail work on the Colorado Trail; dehydrating what we would be eating during our 5 ½ month adventure; planning where we would be mailing our food to the Post Offices up and down the trail.
It was an incredible adventure
- Hiked the AT from Georgia to Maine… 2000+ miles over 5 ½ months
- Following 165,000 white blazes (each one on average about 70 feet apart) for 2000+ miles
- It’s the equivalent to climbing Mt Everest 16 times… gaining and losing over 464,464 ft
- Trail angels with wonderful surprises… usually showing up unexpectedly with food
- Fording rivers… there was plenty of water, which added to the excitement
- One crossing, my wife almost got swept down the river. Fortunately, she found a rock to hold onto until I could get over to help her across. (Although she did lose one of her hiking poles!)
- Another crossing had a rope across a fast moving stream. My wife, upside down with her hands and feet over the rope, crossed with no problem. Sent our packs over. Then I tried to do the same. Spent most of the crossing with my head under water! Thought I would never get there!
- Highlight >> Magnificent White Mountains in New Hampshire and the Maine 100-mile wilderness
- Could not carry enough food to satisfy our hunger…
- So every 7 days or so, we would stop to EAT and EAT and EAT; re-supplied and got cleaned up.
A lot of great memories!

Who Else Wants to Change Their Paycheck to Passive Income…
Have you ever wondered how you could turn your paycheck into passive income? I mean, it doesn’t take age to retire, does it? What if you could figure out how to create a sustainable and reliable cash flow that would cover your recurring expenses?
How could you create enough passive income to provide for the life you deserve?
Let’s take a look at the 4 primary ways that most people produce income in general…
Two of them (E – Employee and S – Self-Employed) require you to be ‘on the job’ working, trading time for money. Meaning if you’re not there, you don’t get paid. And there is definitely significant effort involved to earn money. And if you never move out of those two quadrants, you’ll NEVER retire!
Can you see that? Can you see how it’s virtually impossible to remain in the employee or self-employed quadrants and retire? Because they both require you to be ‘on the job’ working ‘
If you really want to retire, (and I know you do), then you absolutely have to figure out a way to move out of the left side of the cash flow quadrant into the right side as a (B) business owner or entrepreneur and ultimately as an (I) investor.
If you are like most people, you are on the TRADITIONAL road to retirement. You are working and contributing to your retirement accounts. And, maybe you plan on receiving Social Security and Government or company pensions, too.
You may be asking yourself… how will I know if it’s enough? Is it enough to provide the lifestyle you’ve been dreaming about throughout your working years?
And even more important… what do you do if it’s not enough?
What do you do if you don’t have enough set aside in your retirement accounts? And you’re not expecting a government or corporate pension?
Will you be able to enjoy your retirement lifestyle relying solely on Social Security? What other options do you have?
Imagine what your life will look like as you learn how money works and successfully increase cash flows. How important is this to you and your family?
The decisions you make today will determine the quality of your lifestyle tomorrow. Don’t wait! Contact me today and let me know how I can help.
Enjoy!
